Enrollment Fee Is Non-Refundable

Payment of the non-refundable enrollment fee is made through your FACTS Tuition Management account during the Online Enrollment process. 2020 – 2021

$225 per student – January 1-31 – Returning Students and Siblings

$250 per student – February 1-28 – All Students

$325 per student – March 1- and after – All Students

  • Due to the economic impact of Covid-19, the enrollment fee will not increase to financially assist families.


$ 2450 – Preschool (3 year old only – 3 days a week)

$ 4100 – Preschool (3 and 4 year old – 5 days a week)

$ 5500 – Kindergarten – 6th grade

$ 6100 – 7th – 9th grade

$ 6850 – 10th – 12th grade

Book Fee

  • Due to the economic impact of Covid-19, the Book Fee has been reduced to financially assist families.

$200 per student – $100 per student will be drafted on July 20 and August 20.  The book fee may be paid in advance of the previously stated dates.  Contact the financial office to request this option.

Payment Information

Tuition payments are due on the 5th or 20th of each month, beginning in July. Payment options are selected during the enrollment process. These payments will be processed by FACTS Tuition Management.

Important Information

  • Tuition includes FACTS enrollment fees, yearbook, and a student agenda
  • Lunch fees – $3.50 per day and must be paid in advance
  • Student driver parking fees – $50
  • Senior graduation fees – $75
  • Athletic fees:
  1. Elementary and Middle School – $100 per sport, per student-athlete;
    exception Cross Country and Golf – $50 per student-athlete
  2. High School – $150 per sport, per student-athlete

Early Withdrawal Policy

~~Completion of student enrollment is a binding contract.~~

Withdrawal after enrollment, and before the first day of school, requires 50% of the tuition to be paid by bank draft. Withdrawal after the first day of school requires 100% of the tuition to be paid by bank draft.


The scholarship program for OCA is Pay It Forward. Pay It Forward Scholarships is a nonprofit Student Scholarship Organization (SSO) in the State of Georgia.

School Hours

Preschool (3 & 4 year old) – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Kindergarten/Elementary (K-6) – 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

Middle School (7-9) – 8:00 am to 3:20 pm

High School (10-12) – 8:00 am to 3:20 pm

After Care Hours

Preschool (4 yr old After Care) – 12:00 pm-3:00 pm or 12:00 pm-6:00 pm

Kindergarten (5 & 6yr old After Care) – 3:10 pm-6:00 pm

Elementary (Learning Center) – 3:10 pm-6:00 pm

MS/HS (After Hours) – 3:20 pm-6:00 pm

This service is not licensed by the State of Georgia. 

Space is limited to parents which work beyond dismissal time.
