Junior/Senior High
At Oakwood Christian Academy Junior/Senior High, we hold fast to OCAs mission statement, “Uniting a Passion for Christ with Excellence in Academics” for all our students. From 7th-12th grades, we carry out our mission through a Godly world view approach to education.
Our excellence in academics is achieved by teaching a standards-based curriculum, which provides an opportunity for students to master content in the classroom.
After Hours
Students may stay beyond dismissal in Jr/Sr High After Hours. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The student handbook contains vital information for parents and students. Please note the handbook is a dynamic document, with ongoing updates as needed throughout the school year and during the summer months. Thank you for remaining aware of the most current procedures and policies for OCA.
Dual Enrollment
God continues to bless and amaze us with His plans for OCA! During the 2012-2103 school year, OCA began a partnership with Truett-McConnell University in Cleveland, GA to offer dual-enrollment for students in grades 11-12 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. This program allows students to take college-level courses while enrolled at OCA with no additional cost to parents. It provides students an opportunity to complete 30 hours of college credit before graduating from OCA.

Juniors and seniors planning to visit a college or university during the school year are required to complete a College Visit Authorization Form and return it to the office.
Students in grades 9-12 are required to attain a minimum of 12 hours per year of community service as a graduation requirement. Complete and return the Community Service Form to the office.
Students in grades 9-12 are required to attend at least one mission trip as a graduation requirement. Complete and return the Mission Trip Form to the office.
Students drivers must complete a Student Parking Permit and return it to the office.
